Muchos dicen que el mes de enero fue muy largo, que parecía no terminar jamás, hasta memes hicieron en las redes, de verdad que no me fijé si era así quizás porque es mi segundo mes favorito después de diciembre. Enero es el mes de mi cumpleaños, es el inicio de un nuevo año, un periodo lleno de nuevas oportunidades para retomar planes y metas pausadas o inconclusas. Siento que cuando llegamos a este mes, nos invade un impulso renovador para reorganizarnos y emprender sueños.

Mi 2024 inició con alegría, fe, esperanza y unión, algo que es importante para todo comienzo. Gracias a Dios he podido continuar con varios proyectos beneficiosos para mí que ya había comenzado el año anterior, como mi entrenamiento, mi dieta y el yoga. He ido adquiriendo mi equipo para entrenar y así realizar cómodamente las rutinas.

Esto me ha ayudado a ir bajando de peso poco a poco y en forma saludable, a mantener estables mis emociones, a trabajar en contra de la ansiedad y ganarle, y mantener mi bienestar físico, mental y espiritual. Principalmente porque cuento con un grupo muy hermoso que me anima a diario.

January is the month of my birthday, it is the beginning of a new year, a period full of new opportunities to resume plans and goals paused or unfinished. I feel that when we reach this month, we are invaded by a renewing impulse to reorganize ourselves and undertake dreams.

My 2024 began with joy, faith, hope and unity, something that is important for every beginning. Thanks to God I have been able to continue with several beneficial projects for me that I had already started last year, such as my training, my diet and yoga. I have been acquiring my equipment to train and thus comfortably perform the routines.

This has helped me to lose weight little by little and in a healthy way, to keep my emotions stable, to work against anxiety and win it, and to maintain my physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Mainly because I have a beautiful group that encourages me every day.

Y los cumplí feliz, llegué a mis 56 años haciendo cosas que me gustan como debe ser cada vez que arribamos a un nuevo año de vida. A esta edad que tengo, más que nunca nos merecemos consentirnos y ser consentidos, darnos un gusto y hasta varios, y así hice por más de una semana, comer cosas que me gustan, compartir con la gente que amo, pasarla bien, pasear, levantarme a la hora que quería, en fin, me gocé mi semana de cumpleaños completita de fin de semana a fin de semana.

Unos cuantos paseos al aire libre, contacto con la naturaleza, un buen café en algunas salidas, y el inicio de mi proceso de salud dental que estaba detenido por no tener presupuesto. Comenzar a trabajar en estos planes de vida es lo más productivo que he podido hacer iniciando el año. Por eso enero para mí es un mes de grandes proyectos y de tomar la ruta hacia el éxito.
