Hola a todos, muy buenos días… feliz y bendecido inicio de marzo. Ayer cerramos el mes más corto del año pero sinceramente para mí, fue el más productivo en lo personal. Y no me refiero únicamente en el plano económico o en los logros que pude obtener en mis emprendimientos, sino en lo personal. Saber que llevas bastante tiempo intentando algo trascendental o de suma importancia para tu crecimiento, pero que por mil razones te cuesta adaptarte al proceso y lograrlo, y por fin ver que diste un paso sencillo pero gigante y muy valioso, eso es maravilloso.
He tenido más expansión en mi emprendimiento de comidas y postres, ¡Y si, ya no son sólo postres! Desde diciembre poco a poco volví a integrar comidas, y ahora mismo el pasticho se posicionó y está ocupando un lugar especial en mis pedidos con mucha demanda. Se siente bonito cuando la gente me escribe preguntando si aún me quedan, o cuándo voy a preparar más. El crecimiento no sólo es como emprendedora, sino como cocinera, porque todo es creado por mí y me siento orgullosa de mis avances.
La tropa está bien, cada día más traviesa y ya súper integrada, juegan juntos, y hasta mi viejito ha mejorado muchísimo, y volvió a ser joven… ya se ha unido a los juegos cotidianos. El mes del amor tiene esa magia.
Y hablando de amor y amistad, fueron días alegres compartiendo con mi grupo, inventando comidas, intercambiando detalles, y disfrutando de la naturaleza casi a diario gracias al concurso de Amazing Nature. También porque nos invitan a diario a contemplarla e investigarla para compartir mucho de ella. Siempre he manifestado que para mí, eso es terapéutico.
Por eso y más, te despido febrero agradecida por ser parte de mis avances personales, y espero que marzo nos traiga a todos mucha paz y éxitos. Feliz domingo.

Hello everyone, good morning… happy and blessed start to March. Yesterday we closed the shortest month of the year, but honestly, for me, it was the most productive personally. And I'm not just referring to the financial aspect or the achievements I was able to make in my ventures, but also on a personal level. Knowing that you've been trying for quite some time to achieve something significant or extremely important for your growth, but that for a thousand reasons you struggle to adapt to the process and succeed, and finally seeing that you've taken a simple but giant and very valuable step, that's wonderful.
I've seen more expansion in my food and dessert business, and yes, it's not just desserts anymore! Since December, I've gradually reintroduced meals, and right now the lasagna has become a staple and is occupying a special place in my orders with high demand. It feels nice when people write to me asking if I still have any, or when I'm going to make more. The growth isn't just as an entrepreneur, but also as a cook, because everything is made by me, and I'm proud of my progress.
The gang is doing well, getting more mischievous every day and already super integrated. They play together, and even my old man has improved a lot and is young again… he's already joined in the everyday games. The month of love has that magic.
And speaking of love and friendship, these were joyful days sharing with my group, inventing meals, exchanging little gifts, and enjoying nature almost daily thanks to the Amazing Nature contest. Also because they invite us daily to observe and explore it so we can share so much of it. I've always said that for me, that's therapeutic.
For these reasons and more, I say goodbye to February, grateful for being part of my personal growth, and I hope March brings us all much peace and success. Happy Sunday.
