COUNTDOWN TO BARBARA'S ANGELS WALK (En - Es)

Hello everyone, very good morning. I am once again counting down to the next race/walk in the city, promoted by the Barbara's Angels Foundation to raise funds and donations to support children in various health situations and vulnerable living conditions.
This is the second competition organized by Barbara's Angels, and I am super amazed at the power of call that all the gyms and running clubs in the city have achieved, to the point of having to extend the registrations because they kept asking for a quota, and they had to close a month before because they were already full.
That does not mean that people do not attend, and even walk and run to support, but the bibs with the number of each participant, were sold out. All those who participate at the last minute, would do it without the bib, but the most beautiful thing about this event, is that the donations are raining down and that is what we are looking for, to support the vulnerable children of the city.
The donations will be delivered this Saturday, August 30, and that same day we will receive the bibs. I'll let you know how that went. For now, my countdown started a few days ago, my training before a walk is always stronger and more disciplined. It consists of walking and jogging for half an hour or an hour every morning, warm-up exercises before, and stretching at the end. Then in the afternoons the usual functional training. I have also taken the opportunity to walk my Snoopy, who needs to walk and run, because he has become very chubby.
There are 19 days left for the race/walk, it is on September 14 in the city of El Tigre, in the Plaza Rafael Revenga. Of course, my participation is with Team Vida, which is my personal training club. Thank you all for visiting my blog, have a nice day.

Hola a todos, muy buenos días. Me encuentro de nuevo en una cuenta regresiva para la próxima carrera/caminata de la ciudad, promovida por la Fundación Ángeles de Bárbara con la finalidad de recaudar fondos y donativos para apoyar a los niños en diversas situaciones de salud y condiciones de vida vulnerables.
Es la segunda competencia que organizan los ángeles de Bárbara, y estoy súper asombrada del poder de convocatoria que han logrado todos los gimnasios y clubes de corredores de la ciudad, al punto de tener que prolongar las inscripciones porque seguían solicitando un cupo, y se tuvieron que cerrar un mes antes porque ya estaban full.
Eso no quiere decir que la gente no asista, e incluso, caminen y corran para apoyar, pero los dorsales con el número de cada participante, se agotaron. Todos los que participen en el último momento, lo harían sin el dorsal, pero lo más bello de este evento, es que los donativos llueven y es lo que se persigue, apoyar a los niños vulnerables de la ciudad.
Los donativos serán entregados este sábado 30 de agosto, y ese mismo día nos harán entrega de los dorsales. Ya les contaré cómo estuvo eso. Por lo pronto, mi cuenta regresiva inició hace unos días, mi entrenamiento siempre antes de una caminata, es más fuerte y disciplinado. Consiste en caminar y trotar entre media hora o una hora todas las mañanas, ejercicios de calentamiento previos, y estiramiento al culminar. Luego en las tardes el entrenamiento funcional de siempre. También he aprovechado para sacar a pasear a mi Snoopy, que le hace falta caminar y correr, porque se me ha puesto muy gordito.
Faltan 19 días para la carrera/caminata, es el 14 de septiembre en la ciudad de El Tigre, en la Plaza Rafael Revenga. Por supuesto, mi participación es junto al Team Vida, que es mi club de entrenamiento personal. Gracias a todos por visitar mi blog, que pasen un día muy bonito.
