Feet and Dogs: June 3 2023

We took a rather long walk to the River Mill and back this morning, which was beautiful with the sun being out for a change.
By the time we got back I had clocked up over 8000 steps which was cool.
The River Mill was closed unfortunately, otherwise I would have liked to stop for a coffee or even some breakfast.

In the afternoon we went to Priory Park. There was soooo much space that I couldn't resist to stop and just sit and/or lie in the sun. I haven't done that in a very long time!

Although I did play some guitar and keyboard during the day I got a little bored in the evening and started watching "Young Victoria" on Netflix. I must say, that I am not a great TV person, but I really enjoyed it for a change.

As I looked at my step count afterwards (12k) and thinking of this new challenge I'm taking part in I thought it would be advisable to get the treadmill in action for a bit and I am stepping as I'm typing this.
