Hey lovely people of Hive

These hips do not lie and they are saying I need to lose weight in 2024.

They say the first step in any problem is realising you have a problem so let's consider this as realised and get it solved.

Rant over.... for now at least. Nothing but positive vibes into the new year

You're not alone in making this resolution for the new year, and even if many people break it there are still enough people who manage to keep it going for a long time. You can be part of the latter group.

Just like you may see disclaimers all over the place saying "Not Financial Advice," what follows is "Not Diet/Nutrition Advice":

  • More fruits, more vegetables, more eggs.
