P90x

Hey lovely people of Hive

I started a new workout program called P90x today and it is no joke. My first workout was called Ab Ripper x and it eas definitely as bad as it sounds.

I am not a fan of going to the gym (too much of an introvert) so I am hoping this program can help me reach my goals from home.

Has anyone else trued this program? Did it work for you?
