File organization day in my office | Día de organización de archivos en mi oficina

Today I share with you how my working day has been, I have a huge amount of files in the office, taking advantage of the fact that there is little work I dedicated myself to organize all that to take advantage of some spaces since the office is not so big to say.

I am in charge of all the documentation of the company, I have absolutely control of everything that happens here, I have files even from the year 2018 that were still behind and without order as it should be, since the company has gone through many moments of change of location and in each of them everything is messy, but nevertheless some time ago I was gradually organizing some things. But you know time is not enough, there are practically 4 departments that I manage in a single office, inventory, invoicing, expense control, and attention to engineers from other companies by email, and well sometimes I also have to put my hand in some other extra task.

The truth is that I set out to file everything that the person who used to work here had left out of place, I related everything to his year of correspondence, I gathered folders, I stapled documents, I voted some that no longer go to the place, and I kept everything in order, there is nothing better than having everything at hand when looking for an important document.

Hoy les comparto como ha sido mi día laboral, tengo una cantidad de archivos descomunales en la oficina, aprovechando que hay poco trabajo me dedique a organizar todo eso para aprovechar algunos espacios ya que la oficina no es tan grande que digamos.

Soy encargado de toda la documentación de la empresa, en si llevo absolutamente el control de todo lo que aquí sucede, tengo archivos incluso desde el año 2018 que estaban todavía rezagados y sin ordenar como debe ser, ya que la empresa ha pasado por muchos momentos de cambio de ubicación y en cada uno de ellos todo queda desordenado, más sin embargo hace tiempo fui poco a poco organizando algunas cosas. Pero ya saben el tiempo no me da, prácticamente son 4 departamentos que manejo en una sola oficina, inventario, facturación, control de gastos, y atención a los ingenieros de otras empresas por correo electrónico, y bueno algunas veces también toca meter la mano en alguna otra tarea extra.

Lo cierto es que me dispuse a archivar todo lo que había dejado fuera de lugar la persona que antes trabajaba aquí, relacione todo con su año de correspondencia, junte carpetas, grape documentos, vote algunos que ya no van al coso seguirlos conservando, y me quedo todo en orden, nada mejor que tener todo a la mano a la hora de buscar algún documento importante.
