Dos días de mucho avance en la construcción - Fijando ventana y algo más (Esp-Eng)

Cordial saludo, estimados compañeros de Hive y de la comunidad @home.solutions.

Aquí estoy de nuevo para compartirles el avance en la construcción de mi casa. Aprovechando que tuve dos días libres, es decir domingo 17 y lunes 18 (festivo) del presente mes aquí en Colombia, me dispuse a hacer una mejora en la ventana de mi cuarto, resulta que esa ventana ya la había colocado hace algún tiempo pero todavía no habíamos revocado las paredes para ese entonces, y después de revocar quedo un pequeño descuadre que no me agradaba mucho estéticamente hablando, así que la quite nuevamente y la cuadre mucho mejor.

Here I am again to share the progress on my house construction. Taking advantage of the fact that I had two days off, Sunday the 17th and Monday the 18th (a holiday) of this month here in Colombia, I decided to make some improvements to my bedroom window. It turns out I had already installed that window some time ago, but we hadn't plastered the walls yet. After plastering, there was a slight misalignment that didn't appeal to me aesthetically. So I removed it again and squared it up much better.

Lo que quería realmente era que quedara un poco mas a nivel, ya solo me falta hacerle una buena limpieza y pintarla, pero esta vez quede mucho mas conforme a como me había quedado aquella vez, como pueden ver en las fotos el borde o marco de la ventana ya se ve mas perfeccionado en todos sus ángulos.

What I really wanted was for it to be a little more level, now I just need to give it a good clean and paint it, but this time it looks much more in line with how it looked that time. As you can see in the photos, the edge or frame of the window now looks more polished in all its angles.

Por la parte desde adentro el detalles se ve mas claro, ya que por la parte de afuera todavía falta revocar y perfeccionar los bordes. El trabajo de la ventana lo realicé el día domingo por la mañana, y por la tarde alcance a pegar algunos ladrillos en la misma parte que les mostré en el post anterior, donde se iba a realizar el baño principal, cosa que cambio, ya que ahora será un cuarto, mi esposa me dio una mejor idea a la que yo tenia y así la voy a ejecutar.

From the inside, the details are clearer, since the outside still needs plastering and finishing of the edges. I completed the window work on Sunday morning, and in the afternoon I managed to lay some bricks in the same area I showed you in the previous post, where the master bathroom was going to be. This has changed since it will now be a bedroom. My wife gave me a better idea than I had, and that's how I'm going to execute it.

El día siguiente, es decir ayer lunes, continue con la construcción como a eso de la 3:00 pm ya que pasamos toda la mañana haciendo diligencias, la verdad sentí que me rindió mucho el trabajo y ya se comienza a ver la forma del cuarto que estoy construyendo.

The next day, that is, yesterday, Monday, I continued with the construction around 3:00 pm since we spent the whole morning running errands. The truth is, I felt that the work was very productive and the shape of the room I'm building is already starting to appear.

Lo cierto fue que nuevamente me agarro la noche pero eso no me detiene, no hay nada mejor que trabajar para uno mismo, en este caso para mi casa, lo hago con todo el amor del mundo y lo siguiere haciendo hasta ver la casa en su máximo nivel de comodidad para mi esposa, mi hija que viene en camino, para mi y para todo el que venga de visita.

The truth is that night fell on me again, but that didn't stop me. There's nothing better than working for yourself, in this case for my home. I do it with all the love in the world, and I'll keep doing it until I see the house at its maximum level of comfort for my wife, my daughter who's on the way, for me, and for anyone who comes to visit.
