The Ancient City of Alexandria

Some of the buildings in Alexandria have been standing for hundreds of years. Alexandria is a mixture of the beautiful ancient buildings and the dull modern ones.

Alexandria was named after Alexander the Great, who founded the city in 331 BC, Alexander wanted to build a city that would serve as a major port and a center of Greek culture.

Also, Egypt was occupied by France, England. Greeks, and Romans. So, you could tell that it's a mixture of many cultures and civilizations, everyone left their footprint and left here.

I really love this city although I hate how it currently is, the crowdedness, the lack of maintenance and care, and some other things.

All in all, I'd still say it's a beautiful city.
