[ES-EN] Orejeras para el invierno

Hace unas semanas la madrina de Amanda le trajo unas orejeras peluditas a Amanda. Son de color morado, uno de mis colores favoritos. A Amanda le gustaron, pero le quedaron un poco grandes. Casualmente yo estaba pensando en comprarme unas porque había tenido la oportunidad de probarme unas y me gustó la idea de usarlas.

Así es como el universo confabuló para ponerme unas en mi camino. Como a Amanda le quedan grandes las he terminado usando yo. Son bastantes graciosas y en especial yo me veo super cómica. Mi apariencia no me importa porque lo más importante es estar calientica. Ahora las estoy usando para trabajar en los días más fríos. Y aunque a Amanda no le gustó compartirlas al principio, ahora lo acepta.

A few weeks ago Amanda's godmother brought Amanda some furry earmuffs. They are purple, one of my favorite colors. Amanda liked them, but they were a little big for her. Coincidentally, I was thinking about getting some because I had had the opportunity to try them on and I liked the idea of wearing them.

That's how the universe conspired to put some in my way. Since Amanda has outgrown them I ended up wearing them myself. They are pretty funny and I especially look super funny. I don't care what I look like because the most important thing is to stay warm. Now I'm wearing them to work on the colder days. And even though Amanda didn't like sharing them at first, she accepts it now.
