Delicious & Healthy Pear Stew with Beetroot!
Hello Everyone. Hope you all are fine and prepping up for various exciting and interesting activities during this weekend.
Today, I have prepared "Delicious & Healthy Pear Stew with Beetroot!" and I am so excited to share this recipe with you all and really want to have your views and feedback on the same. Let's get started...on our #recipe
Ingredients > Recipe > Preparation:
- 5 - 6 Pears
- 500ml of Water
- Sugar 100gms
- Cloves & Cardamom
- Beetroot (half)
Take 5 - 6 fresh Pears.
Peel their skin.
Using the blade chopper/cutter, cut the pears into four equal pieces and remove the central part that consists of seeds.
Wash them in the salt water.
Transfer contents to pressure cooker. Pears must be immersed in water.
Take a beetroot and cut it into half. Peel its skin and then wash it. Cut it into slices.
Transfer the sliced beetroot into the contents in the pressure cooker.
The beetroot has already started releasing its amazing colour to the contents in the pressure cooker.
Take sugar, cloves and a cardamom. Transfer these contents to the pressure cooker.
All the contents are ready. Now its time to cook and prepare our Pears stew with sliced beetroot. Lets start the cooking.
Place the pressure cooker on the burner and count till four whistles.
After the four whistles, turn off the burner and let the steam cool off in the pressure cooker.
Our Pears Stew with Beetroot is ready now. Let is cool down completely. The beetroot will release its amazing color.
Now our Pears stew is ready to be served and relish with joy.
Serve it chilled and its taste is super delicious. Its totally healthy with various vitamins, minerals, Iron and antioxidants.
Many people with think that its made in Red Wine. Quite interestingly, its not. Its actually the color of #Beetroot.
Ready to eat...served myself two slices of Beetroot with the red juice.
