My Love For Fried Rice...

On today's episode of Hive Ghana prompt, I would love to share with you all my favourite meal.

What did you hear about Fried Rice? 😀😀

Well for me, I would choose fried rice any day, any time.

I began to love fried rice because of my older sibling, She learned catering while she was still a spinster and was with us, and every weekend she ensured to prepare this meal for us at home and my love started to develop.

I remember how excited I was whenever she came home for the weekend, I knew it was time for fried rice🥰🥰 Since I was in love with it, I took an interest in learning how to make it even from a tender age, I would accompany her to the market to buy all the ingredient and even assisted her in the kitchen.

Although this meal is time-consuming as there are a lot of veggies to dice to make it tasty, trust me it is always worth the effort.

Some of the ingredients include green pepper, green beans, peas, carrots, liver, cow meat(optional), curry powder, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, spring onions and your rice.

I love the beautiful colors these ingredients add to the food and this food is usually served with salad which makes it a lot tastier.

This food is usually served at parties like weddings, birthday parties and other ceremonies and is accompanied by fried chicken. Hehe, it is not usually regular rice except on special occasions unlike white rice and jollof rice.

Most people order this food from food vendors when they want to have a nice time and some other ladies shy away from preparing this meal because of the stress involved in dicing the veggies maybe that's why I choose this meal over others because many people love it but don't know how to prepare it properly.

My love for fried rice doesn't make it seem like a chore while preparing it, because we don't get tired of doing what we love to do, do we?
