Visita al Santuario de Fátima ⛪🇻🇪🇵🇹 (ENG-ESP)
Hello friends! I want to share with you today some beautiful pictures of my visit to the sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima where I had the opportunity to attend last Saturday, it is located in Los Teques, Miranda State and is a modern replica of the sanctuary that is in Portugal and was inaugurated on October 13, 2022, so it is one of the most recently built churches.
How did I get to this beautiful place? Thanks to a pilgrimage that my parish prepared, we met at the church where we had a moment of prayer and some dynamics while waiting for the transports, once the buses arrived, and we got on we began to pray the rosary, and we also made some songs.
Once in the place, we had some free time to take pictures in all the places we wanted. Then we had the Eucharistic celebration where not only my parish was there, but there were 3 of us in total.
When the mass was over we had a tour of each space (the Portuguese consulate, the place where the image that accompanied the temple during its construction rests and also the place where the confessionals and rooms will be built, the stained-glass windows, among others).
Among the highlights that I remember are that the image of the virgin was brought directly from Ecuador and is so big that it was brought in 3 parts. Also, that there is a seating capacity of 600 people and that under the altar there is a space where they expect to place soil and pebbles from the tomb of St. Peter. They will also bring a relic of Blessed José Gregorio Hernández.
At the end of the tour we went to have lunch with what each one had brought, and also some people shared with us drinks and sweets. Then we had some time to share and take a few pictures before returning to the transport to go back, on the way we were collecting the experiences of each one. It was a very nice visit, and I am very happy to have been able to attend, I recommend you to go and get to know this place.

Les quiero compartir el día de hoy unas bonitas fotos de mi visita al santuario de Nuestra Señora de Fátima, donde tuve la oportunidad de asistir el pasado sábado, está ubicado en Los Teques, Edo. Miranda y es una réplica moderna del santuario que se encuentra en Portugal y que fue inaugurado el 13 de octubre del 2022, por lo que es una de las iglesias construidas más recientemente.
¿Cómo fue que llegué a este lugar tan bonito? Gracias a una peregrinación que preparó mi parroquia, nos encontramos en la iglesia donde tuvimos un momento de oración y algunas dinámicas mientras esperábamos los transportes, una vez llegaron los buses y nos subimos, comenzamos a rezar el rosario y también realizamos algunos cantos.
Una vez en el lugar tuvimos un tiempo libre para tomarnos fotos en todos los lugares que quisiéramos. Después tuvimos la celebración eucarística donde no solamente estaba mi parroquia, sino que éramos 3 en total.
Cuando terminó la misa tuvimos un recorrido por cada espacio (el consulado de Portugal, el lugar donde reposa la imagen que acompañó el templo durante su construcción y también el sitio donde se construirán los confesionarios y salones, los vitrales, entre otros).
Entre los hechos resaltantes que recuerdo, están que la imagen de la virgen fue traída directamente desde Ecuador y es tan grande que la trajeron en 3 partes. También que hay una capacidad de 600 personas sentadas y que bajo el altar hay un espacio donde se espera colocar tierra y piedras de la tumba de San Pedro. Asimismo, traerán una reliquia del Beato José Gregorio Hernández.
Al finalizar el recorrido fuimos a almorzar con lo que cada uno había traído y también algunas personas compartieron con nosotros bebidas y dulces. Después tuvimos un tiempo para compartir y tomarnos unas cuántas fotos antes de volver al transporte para regresar, en el camino estuvimos recogiendo las experiencias de cada uno. Fue una visita muy bonita y estoy muy contenta de haber podido asistir, les recomiendo que vayan y conozcan este sitio.

Las fotografías quedaron hermosas, es sin duda un lugar especial y bello. No sabía de esta obra tan especial en Venezuela.
