Holy Week - Caripe Lookout

This Holy Week, my boyfriend invited me to spend the days with him in Caripe. I was really looking forward to going, so of course I accepted. The trip was exhausting for me—I felt panicked and dizzy because of the narrow road, the curves, and not to mention the ravines—but once we arrived in town, I enjoyed the beautiful view.
On the first day, my boyfriend showed me around town, and I met his friends and family. Everything went really well, and I loved spending time with him and his people.
We went to the lookout the next day; I was freezing, but the more people there were, the more bearable the breeze became. I don’t know how I didn’t get sick from the cold, hahaha. Everything is so beautiful, and even though we went at night, we enjoyed the scenery and the photo spots, even though they were packed with people.
I ate strawberries with cream, and we also put up a couple’s padlock with our initials. My boyfriend’s friends made us take photos next to the padlocks and in other spots. Here are a few photos from my visit to the viewpoint. My favorite is the look of love on my boyfriend’s face as he looks at me.

Esta semana santa mi novio me invitó a pasar los días con él en Caripe, me hacia mucha ilusión ir, así que por supuesto acepté. El viaje fue agotador para mí, sentía pánico y mareos por la carretera tan estrecha, las curvas y ni hablar de los barrancos, pero ya luego llegando al pueblo disfruté la hermosa vista que hay.
El primer día mi novio me mostró el pueblo y conocí a sus amigos y familiares, todo fue muy bien, y me gustó compartir con él y su gente.
El mirador fue al siguiente día, me moría de frío pero mientras más gente había era soportable la brisa, no sé como del frío no me enfermé jajaja. Todo es muy bonito y aunque fuimos de noche, se disfrutaba el paisaje y los lugares para tomarse fotos, aunque estaban llenos de gente.
Comí fresas con crema y también colocamos un candado de pareja con nuestras iniciales, los amigos de mi novio nos obligaron a tomarnos fotos junto a los candados y en otros lugares. Aquí les dejo unas fotitos de mi visita al Mirador. Mi favorita es la cara enamorada de mi novio mientras me mira.
