Another excellent day of training

Even though I look tired I wanted to keep going but I had to get ready for college. My training is getting better and better, I feel great and it shows a lot in my mood. The physical changes are not very noticeable but I notice them from far away hahahaha.

Where I'm standing I was just starting, because I knew I was not going to be able to take that picture after training. In the others my pulse was shaking, but I managed to take some. I feel good, I'm healthy and I'm going for more. Have a great day

Aunque me veo cansada yo quería seguir pero tenía que arreglarme para asistir a la universidad. Mi entrenamiento va cada vez mejor, me siento muy bien y se me nota muchísimo en el estado de ánimo. Los cambios a nivel físico se perciben poco pero yo los noto de lejos jajajaja.

Dónde estoy de pie a penas comenzaba, ya que sabía que no iba a lograr tomarme esa foto luego de entrenar. En las otras si me temblaba el pulso, pero logré tomar algunas. Me siento bien, estoy saludable y voy por más. Que tengan excelente día
