Varadero. Cuando digo esto, solo puedo pensar en playa. En las vacaciones fui junto con mi familia a disfrutar de las ofertas que brinda esta preciosa ciudad. Nos quedamos en una casita de alquiler, y ahí fuimos bien recibidos y vale decir que es un lugar súper cómodo, ubicada solo a una cuadra de la playa.

Primeramente visitamos el Centro Comercial, un complejo de tiendas de todo cuanto quieras comprar, desde peluches y chucherías hasta bolsos y vestidos. En el mismo Centro Comercial hay un lugar llamado Ocio Club, donde hay juegos electrónicos y mecánicos destinados a crear un mundo de fantasía y de realidad virtual. Habían muchos niños felices por usar este tipo artefactos, habían personas formadas esperando su turno, riendo de las expresiones de las personas que estaban usando el juego.

Luego visitamos una cafetería llamada "Cafeccino", ahí tomamos un frappé de chocolate y café, que estaba exquisito junto con unas donas. Me encantaba el ambiente y la decoración que tenía. Los dependientes eran muy atentos y respetuosos. El olor a café y dulces recién horneados estaba expandido por toda la cafetería.

Luego visitamos el parque "Todo en uno". Es una mezcla de tiendas, cafeterías y parque de diversiones. Lo que más me gusta de este lugar es la montaña rusa, y no soy la única que lo disfruta, ya que había una extensa cola de personas anciosas por poder montar.

Hay una estrella o rueda de la fortuna, que sirve como mirador para ver el parque. Aunque las casitas donde hay que montarse son estrechas, se puede disfrutar en compañía de la familia.

Visitamos el parque "Josone", igual había un Ocio club, y un extenso lago donde se puede navegar en pequeños botecitos. Había un trencito que da un recorrido por este parque. Hay una piscina, super grande, con juegos acuáticos. Y no podía faltar, los restaurantes, de comida cubana, italiana y comida china.

Recuerdo los espaguetis al pesto, primera vez que los había probado. Preguntamos la receta, y esta hecho de albahaca, ajo, sal y aceite de oliva que toma el lugar del puré, junto con queso parmesano.

El delfinario, estaba algo lejos de lo que es el centro de la ciudad, pero sin duda, vale la pena ir a visitar a los delfines. Este lugar al entrar hay un restaurante y al lado un parquesito para el entretenimiento de los niños en lo que esperan por el espectáculo. Ahí pude ver de cerquita a los delfines, y en el show las personas aplaudían con gran asombro, al ver la inteligencia de estos mamíferos marinos.

Antes de ir a la playa, íbamos a jugar golf, a un lugar llamado "El golfito". Cómo nos reíamos, ya que no sabíamos cómo jugar bien, y parecía que la pelota jugaba con nosotros en vez de jugar nosotros con la pelota.

We visited the "Josone" park, there was also a leisure club, and a large lake where you can sail in small boats. There was a little train that gave a tour of the park. There is a swimming pool, super big, with water games. And of course, there were restaurants, with Cuban, Italian and Chinese food.

I remember the spaghetti with pesto, the first time I had tried it. We asked for the recipe, and it is made of basil, garlic, salt and olive oil that takes the place of the puree, along with parmesan cheese.

The dolphinarium was a little far from the center of the city, but without a doubt, it is worth visiting the dolphins. There is a restaurant at the entrance and next to it a little park for the children's entertainment while they wait for the show. There I was able to see the dolphins up close, and during the show people applauded with great amazement, seeing the intelligence of these marine mammals.

Before going to the beach, we would go to play golf, to a place called "El golfito". How we laughed, since we didn't know how to play well, and it seemed that the ball was playing with us instead of us playing with the ball.

There are two types of photographic Paradors that say "Varadero". There are always people taking pictures in these places. It is nothing more than a souvenir for tourists and for Cubans who do not frequent this place much.
