Concurso paisajes Venezolanos | Archipiélago Los Roques desde mi pasión ambientalista.

Pensar en paisajes de Venezuela me hace soñar, también me hace pensar que es todo lo que quiero ver en la vida acompañada de los seres que quiero. De alguna manera siento que mi propósito en la vida es experimentar los momentos más importantes de esta existencia en toda esta diversidad de paisajes venezolanos y transmitir mi amor por ellos a mis hijos y a mis seres queridos para que aprendan a valorar y respetar lo que tenemos.

Desde que asomen su vista por nuestra ventana quisiera que tengan la sensibilidad de apreciar y agradecer ese paisaje de montañas mirandinas que nos dan los buenos días.

Son tan diversos los paisajes naturales que podemos descubrir en Venezuela que al momento de decidir exaltar alguno para mí no es nada fácil porque me gusta la costa, los andes y los llanos, ah! Sin dejar por fuera el Escudo Guayanes y la región amazónica.

Agradezco a @caracasprin por invitarme a participar en este concurso de paisajes venezolanos y también agradezco a quienes están impulsando esta comunidad que tiene por objeto exaltar lo mejor de nuestro país y a todos los que han participado porque cada uno de ustedes nos ha mostrado la mejor cara de Venezuela y lo ha hecho con amor que se siente en sus publicaciones.

Para participar en este concurso vengo a ofrecer para el disfrute de todos los paisajes del Archipiélago de los Roques, un paisaje delicadamente hermoso y frágil a la vez, bendecido y lleno de mis colores favoritos, ese turquesa y todos los matices que van entre el azul el verde, esos colores de sus mares que son producto de la reflexión del sol sobre el agua y las riquezas de su fondo marino así como la más blanca arena que he visto en mi vida.

En otra oportunidad publiqué en mi blog sobre uno de mis viajes a Los Roques, pero en esta oportunidad vengo desde otra perspectiva más allá de mi aventura y centrada en la importancia de este paisaje para mi país y su valor como recurso económico importante al atraer la inversión turística extranjera, pero esto será posible en la medida que sepamos conservar ambientalmente esta bendición que tenemos.

Soy una mujer amante de la naturaleza y consciente de que los planetas no son rocas sobre las cuales se desarrolla la vida, somos uno solo con la tierra y la naturaleza y así debemos comprendernos para superar lo poco que a algunos importa el equilibrio que debemos mantener y proteger para que nosotros y nuestras futuras generaciones puedan seguir disfrutando de los hermosos paisajes, los venezolanos especialmente y en esta oportunidad el paisaje del archipiélago y sus arrecifes de coral.

Así como es importante cuidar la naturaleza en este lugar, también es muy importante cuidarnos a nosotros mismos, exigir el uso de salvavidas cuando nos trasladamos en embarcaciones y cuidar nuestra piel utilizando siempre protector solar, reaplicando cada dos horas, en esto no se puede ser descuidado pues podría pagarse muy caro el sufrimiento por una quemadura solar, el problema es que los rayos del sol son directamente perpendiculares, tal vez me dirán que igual que en nuestra tierra firme, pero en Los Roques la arena es tan blanca que hace reflejar en nuestra piel los rayos solares con mayor potencia.

A pesar de que la fauna que podemos ver en la tierra del Gran Roque y los demás cayos es muy limitada a lagartijas, la cosa se comienza a poner más hermosa al ver la cantidad de aves marinas que sobrevuelan y se sumergen en el mar, de allí la seguridad de que el fondo marino está repleto de diversidad y riqueza.

No tengo fotos submarinas profesionales de los Roques, y es lo que más quiero mostrarles, las que les comparto fueron tomadas con una cámara Casio acuática que no tiene una gran resolución, pero la misma nos dio gran satisfacción en nuestro paseo para capturar esos momentos inolvidables haciendo snorkel en Los Roques.

Es tan frágil la composición de este ecosistema que actualmente hay una campaña que hace grandes esfuerzos por proteger el equilibrio marino que se está viendo amenazado por la introducción inconsciente del pez león, que no es propio de este hábitat y está amenazando el ecosistema original, de esta manera están incentivando la pesca de esta especie para que el humano intervenga en la disminución de su población, incluso he visto que están enseñando a cocinarlo correctamente, ya que de no prepararse con las indicaciones extremas puede resultar mortal, pero la idea es que aprendamos a cocinarlo y comerlo para garantizar con mayor facilidad que se vaya erradicando su existencia de nuestro archipiélago antes de que este amenace las posibilidades de vida de nuestras propias especies como por ejemplo el pez loro, cuyo excremento es el responsable de la composición de la blanca arena de las playas de los Roques, ¿interesante no?

También existes otros proyectos ambientalistas en el archipiélago, uno de los que más me gustan se dedican a conservar las especies de tortugas que llegan a las orillas de los cayos a anidar, es un trabajo significativo y hermoso que requiere mucho apoyo para que en el tiempo las tortugas marinas continúen navegando y anidando en este territorio.

Todo este tema es de gran interés para mí, y al mostrarles la hermosura de Los Roques no puedo evitar hablarles conscientemente al respecto, en mi blog no he comenzado a escribir sobre temas ambientales, tal vez porque no he encontrado una comunidad donde me sienta cómoda haciéndolo, pero sin lugar a dudas es un tema que me apasiona y del cual me siento responsable y por eso siempre estudio y aprendo al respecto.

Por eso, con amor les pido, que si alguna vez visitan Los Roques, llévese su huella en el corazón, pero no dejes tu huella en él, y si la vas a dejar, que sea para que quede mejor de lo que lo encontraste, esa es mi premisa, aplica para Los Roques o para cualquier paisaje de Venezuela que visites. Porque esto es lo más rico que tenemos y cuando se suma con la calidad de nuestra gente somos el mejor país del mundo.

Thinking about Venezuelan landscapes makes me dream, it also makes me think that this is all I want to see in life accompanied by the people I love. Somehow I feel that my purpose in life is to experience the most important moments of this existence in all the diversity of Venezuelan landscapes and to transmit my love for them to my children and my loved ones so that they learn to value and respect what we have.

From the moment they look out of our window, I would like them to have the sensitivity to appreciate and be grateful for the landscape of the mountains of Mirandina that give us good morning.

The natural landscapes that we can discover in Venezuela are so diverse that when deciding to exalt any of them is not easy for me because I like the coast, the Andes, and the plains, ah! Without leaving out the Guayanes Shield and the Amazon region.

I thank @caracasprin for inviting me to participate in this contest and I also thank those who are promoting this community that aims to exalt the best of our country and all who have participated because each of you has shown us the best side of Venezuela and has done it with love that is felt in your publications.

To participate in this contest I come to offer the enjoyment of all the landscapes of the Archipelago of Los Roques, a landscape delicately beautiful and fragile at the same time, blessed and full of my favorite colors, turquoise and all the shades that go between blue and green, those colors of its seas that are the product of the reflection of the sun on the water and the richness of its seabed as well as the whitest sand I have ever seen in my life.

On another occasion I published in my blog about one of my trips to Los Roques, but this time I come from another perspective beyond my adventure and focused on the importance of this landscape for my country and its value as an important economic resource to attract foreign tourist investment, but this will be possible to the extent that we know how to environmentally conserve this blessing we have.

I am a woman lover of nature and aware that the planets are not rocks on which life develops, we are one with the earth and nature and so we must understand each other to overcome how little some people care about the balance that we must maintain and protect so that we and our future generations can continue to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, especially Venezuelans and in this opportunity the landscape of the archipelago and its coral reefs.

Just as it is important to take care of nature in this place, it is also very important to take care of ourselves, require the use of life jackets when we move in boats, and take care of our skin by always using sunscreen, reapplying every two hours, in this, you can not be careless because you could pay dearly suffering from sunburn, the problem is that the sun's rays are directly perpendicular, perhaps I will say that the same as in our mainland, but in Los Roques, the sand is so white that makes our skin reflect the sun's rays with greater power.

Although the fauna that we can see in the land of Gran Roque and the other keys is very limited to lizards, the thing begins to get more beautiful to see the number of seabirds that fly and dive into the sea, hence the assurance that the seabed is full of diversity and richness.

I do not have professional underwater photos of Los Roques, and that is what I want to show you, the ones I share with you were taken with a Casio aquatic camera that does not have a great resolution, but it gave us great satisfaction in our trip to capture those unforgettable moments snorkeling in Los Roques.

The composition of this ecosystem is so fragile that there is currently a campaign that makes great efforts to protect the marine balance that is being threatened by the unconscious introduction of the lionfish, which is not typical of this habitat and is threatening the original ecosystem, in this way they are encouraging the fishing of this species so that humans intervene in the decline of its population, I have even seen that they are teaching how to cook it properly, I have even seen that they are teaching how to cook it correctly because if it is not prepared with the extreme indications it can be deadly, but the idea is that we learn to cook it and eat it to guarantee more easily that its existence is eradicated from our archipelago before it threatens the possibilities of the life of our species such as the parrot fish, whose excrement is responsible for the composition of the white sand of the beaches of Los Roques, interesting, isn't it?

There are also other environmental projects in the archipelago, one of the ones I like the most is dedicated to the conservation of turtle species that come to the shores of the keys to nest, it is a significant and beautiful work that requires a lot of support so that in time the sea turtles continue to navigate and nest in this territory.

This whole subject is of great interest to me, and by showing you the beauty of Los Roques I can not help but talk to you consciously about it, in my blog I have not started writing about environmental issues, perhaps because I have not found a community where I feel comfortable doing it, but undoubtedly it is a topic that I am passionate about and for which I feel responsible and therefore I always study and learn about it.

So with love, I ask you, if you ever visit Los Roques, make your mark in your heart, but do not leave your mark on it, and if you are going to leave it, make it better than you found it, that is my premise, it applies to Los Roques or any landscape in Venezuela that you visit. Because this is the richest thing we have and when added to the quality of our people we are the best country in the world.
