A month had passed, leaving Sam completely alone on a quiet mountain top without Lou or his BB pod. As I guided him toward a glowing yellow light, BTs appeared. Realizing it was a nightmare, I ran through the entities, reaching Lou before facing a painful, haunting memory.

A full month had already passed, and Sam was sitting completely alone on top of a quiet mountain. A beautiful, sad song played softly in the background as he passed the time in solitude.

He did not have Lou or his BB pod with him anymore. I was dying to know what had happened during that missing month, but there were no answers available yet. Sam looked worn down and was clearly not feeling like himself.

I checked the map, but I did not see any clear objectives telling me where to go next. However, I noticed a bright yellow light glowing in the distance. I figured that was the only logical direction to move toward, so I started running down the rocky path toward the light.

I was moving too fast down the steep hill, lost my balance, and fell straight onto the rough ground. After getting back up, I kept pushing forward through the rugged terrain.

As I made my way down, I heard a child screaming in the distance, and the entire area began to feel eerie. It looked like there were BTs scattered all around the slope.

Floating balloon BTs appeared above, along with ghostly entities on the ground. Despite the danger, Sam did not seem to fear these entities at all. He had lost everything, so it felt like he had nothing left to lose.

Seeing how strange the environment looked, I realized this whole scenario was likely a nightmare or a surreal vision. Since it was not real, I stopped worrying about the creatures and just ran straight through them.

The dark grabbers on the ground tried hard to catch Sam and pull him down, but I kept pushing forward toward the light without stopping.

Through the hazy atmosphere, I spotted Lou standing near a small shelter further down the hill. Seeing Lou confirmed my suspicion that Sam was trapped inside a dream. I urged Sam forward as fast as he could go, but right when he got close to Lou, a sudden gunshot rang out from behind him.

As he held the baby, the distant voice of Fragile echoed in his mind. She said there was no way for both of them to escape together, and the best she could do was jump Lou out to safety.

In the memory, Sam was holding a gun, which he used to shoot himself to blow his own mind.

Following the fatal shot, the dream shifted instantly. Sam found himself submerged deep underwater in the seam. The quiet drifted around him as he floated in the dark ocean, and I had to guide him to repatriate back to the world of the living.
