My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for monday the 25/8/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy new week everyone. This is the first official working day for me. It appears that the twins have subsided once again. We call it here August break. So we are enjoying some days off. Though the weather may be cloudy at times but it does not rain.

My neighbour gave me some pears he got from his village. I washed it and put in a bowl then applied hot water on it for about five minutes. It became softened and ready for licking.

A classic was played out yesterday at St. James' Park. Newcastle United hosted defending champs Liverpool. Liverpool had gone (2-0) up before halftime. Newcastle United relied round and surprisingly pulled off two goals bringing the game to a (2-2) draw, albeit one man down!

However, as the game was panning out for a (2-2) draw, even with the Toon Armies (Newcastle) playing with 10 men.for the greater part of the game, a certain Rio Ngumoha, the Liverpool wonderkid had other ideas as he popped up unmarked at the far post and slotted in the winning goal. Newcastle United felt undone with that having played out their hearts in the game.
