My Actifit Report Card: July 10 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for thursday the 10/7/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Thank God for the gift of life. Alot has been said about climate change and I think we all are experiencing it's adverse effects one way or the other. Just look at what flash flood is doing in the US recently and the heat waves most of Europe experienced recently, particularly the UK and most especially the cold I am experiencing down here which appears to be unusual by this time of the year. It is a call to be wary of our environment and how we take care of it.

Puppies are usually a good sight to behold. Recently accompanied a friend to buy these and you need to see the happiness on his face after successfully paying for both.

I have noticed that it usually starts raining down here once it is 3:00pm local time or thereabout. So I hurried up with my activities and went home ahead of time. Bought a few veggies on my way home too.

Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
