My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for saturday the 28/6/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Happy weekend everyone. Saturday is always a good time to rest for me. I usually wake up late than my usual wake up time. This is because no need to rush to work. It is weekend afterall.

I was reminded that it is the last Saturday of the month by one of the broadcasters in one of the local radio stations I was listening to. That means environmental sanitation day. It is a general clean up exercise for all the inhabitants in the state. It usually lasts for three hours.

Grasses grow quicker during the rainy season. Same with crops especially maize and cassava. Did a few cutting of the environment, raking and all that. Others neighbours also joined me in the cleanup exercise.

The owner of the game where I snapped these pictures of maize must be a happy man. His crops are really doing well.

Later in the day, I went to the market and bought some food items which will be used for the weekend.

Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
