My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2025

Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for friday the 6/6/2025. I hope we are all fine and healthy. Thank God it is Friday!!!

Have you ever seen a wasp in a nest before? Well, I stumbled on one recently. That's the image above. It is a wasp which I almost stirred up with my noisy croaky jokes! Thank God a good fellow drew my attention to the best of the wasp and I quickly retreated.

The wasp behaves like the bee anyway. They don't naturally like noise and they sting whoever that is around when stirred up by noise.

Later in the day I and towards the close of work, I branched off to a grocery store and picked up a few things. Then I went home from there.

Thereafter, I came back to rest. Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
