#996 - Huge Balete Tree in Maria Aurora, Aurora a Side Trip from Baler.
Cheerful Monday dearest Hiveans, let's now embrace change as a constant companion. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns. Instead of us these resisting change, let's go ahead and just welcome it with open arms. Remember that saying every ending is a new beginning and every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Keep moving forward even just one step at a time and watch as the world transforms in beautiful and unexpected ways.
And now for our daily shots this time in Aurora province. The Balete Tree which is a colossal tree standing tall and proud in Maria Aurora, near Baler Aurora is sight to behold. Its massive trunk with a networks of roots fused together, stretching out in all directions while covering several meters in diameter.
The tree which is estimated to be 600 years old according to the park caretakers, has witnessed centuries of history with its roots deeply embedded in the soil is a symbol of endurance and definitely its strength.
My wife, son and I, along with other visitors, gathered around the ancient tree with awe and wonder in each one's eyes. The tree's maze of twisted roots is a sight to behold and they even installed a CCTV camera that is placed in the middle which serves as a protection to the tree and the visitors.
We took photos and my wife as usual posing enthusiastically. We also had our selfies as a family with the tree's massive trunk serving as a background.
The other visitors like us were also starstruck, lots of them snapped photos. It's our second time coming here with the wife except my son, it was 10 years ago when we joined a group of friends. But as we left, I couldn't help but feel a sense of humility with the power of nature and time.

Wow, what an impressive tree with huge roots! And 600 years of age are really amazing!
True, haven't seen this kind for a long time. 😊
