#989 - More of Mount Kabunian Shots for Monday.
Lovely Monday dearest Hiveans! Our mind is a garden fellow Hiveans. Every thought is a seed and every action we do is a plant that grows from it. Tend to your own garden with care and nurture it with positive thoughts. Remember to choose your seeds wisely and watch as your gardens of life flourishes.
Moving now to our daily shots at the first light of dawn we began our trek going to the summit of Mount Kabunian while the air was crisp and cool against our deep skin. The mountains stood tall and proud in the distance. We started our journey with a sense of anticipation, excitement and a touch of nervousness.
As we walked the mountainous landscape unfolded before us like a living painting. Lush greenery stretched out in all directions. The sun was still young and gentle. We passed by a tablet standing proudly by the side of the path. We paused to absorb the information and our respect for the mountain growing with each word I read.
Further along the way were trekking, we then encountered a sign post with its arrow pointing us in the direction of the mountain and the other to a water falls. The path forked here, and for a moment, we stood at a crossroads, both literal and metaphorical.
The trek was demanding and physically challenging. We paused frequently not just to catch our breath but to capture the moments that unfolded before us. Every bend in the path revealed a new view, a new opportunity for a photograph. The fresh mint air filled our lungs. We posed for selfies and photos with the mountain's grandeur serving as the perfect backdrop.
Despite the physical exertion, there was a sense of peace that filled us. The world below seemed a million miles away already and up here, it was just us and the mountain. Our journey to the summit was still long and the path winding and unpredictable.
The sun continued its ascent and growing stronger and hotter but the cool mountain air kept us comfortable while witnessing the view. It was a symphony of nature and we were but humble participants, awestruck by its grandeur.
As we trekked, we couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment already even if we're just halfway. Every photograph was a memory etched in time. The summit was still a distant dream but the journey itself was already a reward and a reminder that the path is often as beautiful as the destination.
