#972 - Mount Timbak Shots for Saturday.
Slow down as it's Saturday dearest Hive fam! đż Today, let's trade hustle for hammocks and âto-dosâ for ârelaxing ahhhs.â Let our souls catch up with our feet, go out and watch clouds, eat shamelessly or nap like a cat. The world wonât fall apart if we pause for a few but it might just sparkle brighter in the opposite. Now go be gloriously unproductive, for me walking out lazily in the park is best! ⨠#SaturdaySoul #HivePauseđž
And now for our daily shots this time sending us back once again to Mount Timbak of Benguet. A Breathtaking Sunrise at Mount Timbakâs Summit We reached the summit of Mount Timbak just as the first light of day began to show in the horizon. The sky transformed from dark to bright, then fiery orange as the sun peeked over the distant mountains. Below us were a sea of clouds and fog slowly disappeared while revealing the outlines of the Cordillera mountains which were layers of rolling peaks stretching endlessly into the distance.
Despite the sunâs arrival, the air was still crisp and cold that still felt at our fingers and noses. Tiny wildflowers with different colors dotted the grassy slopes with their delicate blooms. Some we recognized which we had encountered before while there were others that were unfamiliar.
Standing there being surrounded by such raw nature beauty felt like time seemed to pause. The warmth of the sun on our faces contrasted with the lingering mountain cold. It wasnât just a view but it was a feeling one of awe experience, quiet gratitude, and the thrill of being on top of the world, if only for a moment.
