And now for our daily shots is about the golden hour at Villa Izakaya Resort in Pagudpud and it was nothing short of magical. As the sun began its drop, the sky was a breathtaking canvas of gold, orange and pink blending nicely with the tranquil waters of the shallow beach front. My family of three along with a close friend gathered by the shore watching the breathtaking atmosphere. The gentle waves lapped at our feet as we watched the sun slowly dip below the horizon.

The beach was quiet, it was just the four of us with only the soft sounds of nature. My wife, the friend and son played and dipped in the shallow water. We sat on the sand, sharing stories and enjoying the peaceful moment. The warmth of the sun’s final rays felt comforting.

As the sun continued to set, I decided to take a walk few meters away along the beachfront. The sand and rocks felt soft beneath my feet. Each step felt like a moment to reflect and appreciate the beauty of nature and the joy of being surrounded by loved ones. The resort’s greenery and the sound of rustling palms and other plants added to the peaceful moment.

By the time darkness began to cover the horizon, we were left with a sense of fulfilment. The day’s end marked not just the close of a beautiful afternoon but also a reminder of life’s simple pleasures. Villa Izakaya had given us a perfect golden hour which was a memory of warmth, connection and the timeless beauty of a sunset by the sea which we haven't seen for ages.
