#785 - Nagtipunan Quirino shots for today.
Greetings this Wednesday evening fellow Hivers. Finally it rained a bit but due to thunderstorm that happened earlier in the afternoon. I was not able tp report to work early today because I was not well at all during the entire evening but eventually my condition got better after lunch. That's also the time when my mother-in-law sister arrived from abroad, they were picked up by my brother in law in the airport. We had lunch together when they arrived at two in the afternoon, then I accompanied them to the nearby mall so they can have a haircut. My mother in law sister will go to the province tomorrow but they haven't decided yet what time they are going there. If it's in the afternoon I can drive them after my shift but if it's earlier then not me someone else should, my brother in law has work too so we will know tomorrow their decision.
Moving on to our daily shots for today we got here some scenes taken when we visited the Landingan Viewpoint which is a famous tourist attraction in this remote town of Nagtipunan. Basically there's a mountain slope along the road that the locals have decided to cultivate and plant some kinds of flowering plants and then also built staircases out of mountain rocks. There's an area in the mountain in which they have planted these colorful yellow flowers so me and the wife took turns in taking photos.😊
Here is our gang that went to see the place. I was with the wife and my youngest brother and sister and also my aunt together with our niece and they both came from Mountain Province which is a two hour drive from our town. The view behind us is what we are going to climb to get a good view of what the viewpoint is about from up there.
Then while half way climbing we also noticed a wooden structure somewhere on the edge of a mountain which is like a cliff area already.
We also did not missed the chance to get there and took some remembrance photos and here they are. I was sitting with the wife in this heart shape or spade shape sitting area made from bamboo shoots. The view here is definitely magnificent 🤩.
My wife and I took turns along the steps to take photos and here are some of the shots. There's that yellow kind of flowers in most of the planted area of this tourist spot.
We went here wearing jackets because it was cold. But when we went down after the climb, we had to take it all off because we were already warm and a little sweaty. Climbing the stairs going up the mountain is no joke, it looks easy but still caused us to sweat. We spent some time at the top just observing the view that we have in front of us. It's a good thing that it didn't rain when we went here even though
