#767 - Forest Bathing at Camp John Hay in Baguio shots for Monday.
A vibrant and inspiring greeting to us all dear Hiveans around the world on this bright Monday where a new week begins! May your day be as full of energy and may your Monday be a canvas of achievements. Here's to a day that is as promising and full of possibilities as the dreams we dare to chase together here on Hive and the real world 😉.
Now for our daily shots allow me to share some recent scenes this weekend in the city of pines Baguio. Our second day began early as we woke up at 5 am and we're all three eager to explore Camp John Hay yellow trail. We drove for a short ten minute ride from our transient house to the park using our reliable Isuzu Crosswind. The weather was gloomy but no drops of rain at all.
Upon arrival at the parking lot, we asked for guidance from a friendly coffee vendor on a mobile truck. Then we set off to find the famous yellow trail which is a path that promised a forest bathing journey through the heart of nature. The trail with dense pine forests, offered a realms of sensations. The cold crisp air filled our lungs with lots of energy while the towering trees created a canopy of green above us and also something we can give a hug with.
As we ventured deeper, the trail revealed the diverse landscapes with some rocky parts of the trail that hinted at the rocky terrain. The yellow markers which was our trusted guides led us through the natural beauty. The path was only a bit of a challenge and a chance to immerse ourselves in the raw wilderness bathing.
Midway through our journey, there we encountered a private property gate and perhaps a house hidden from our view. We paused briefly to take photos from this United States of America property before continuing our trek.
The yellow trail offered a simple connection with nature for kids adults and pets. As we walked, there was a sense of peace and tranquility. The forest soothing sounds and calming scents became our sanctuary for a hour.
