#1208 - Mount Mariglem Hike Photos for Thursday.

Good morning dearest Hive family and a very happy Thursday to us all! We are so incredibly close to the finish line now. I hope your day is going by super fast and smooth. Wishing you all a safe and joyful Thursday. The weekend is literally right around our corner😉.

Moving now to our daily shots one early dawn which was gloomy and rainy situation we faced as we climb Mount Mariglem. My wife, our friend Dandreb, another lady friend, our male guide and I hit the trail.

As we started our ascent to the summit, I expected to be slipping because of the rain from the night before but to my surprise, the trail is wet but wasn't slippery at all. The path was covered in tiny stones mixed into the dirt, giving our boots an nice grip on the mountain. It made the climb a lot safer than it looked.

The weather up here in the mountains is always like a guessing game. Sometimes it's freezing, sometimes it's just right. Today, even though we had been climbing for a while, I wasn't sweating at all. The cold breeze hitting us as we got higher was like having an air conditioner.

Eventually, we made it to the summit of Mount Mariglem but the view was playing hide and seek. Because of the low fog and clouds, the visibility was cut right in half. We could only see a portion of the other mountain range and the valley. It was actually a beautiful, moody scene. It felt very peaceful like we were standing on top of the world.

We sat down on some large rocks at the top to rest our legs while enjoying the fresh mountain air and 50 percent visible scenery. It was a surreal feeling to share the quiet moment with my wife and friends. It's an unforgettable experience of unpredictable weather that adds to the magical experience.
