#1186 - Sunflowers Shots at University of the Philippines Diliman Campus for Monday.

Good morning dearest wonderful Hive friends all over the world, and a very happy Monday to you! We all have the power to set the tone for the next seven days starting now. Wishing everyone a safe and productive Monday. Let’s tackle our goals with energy and cheers💪.

Moving now to our daily shots with my wife and I had a run outside the Academic Oval at the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus where we finished our 10 kilometer loop. Then we went to the iconic Oblation area where patches of sunflowers were in full bloom. The morning sun was shining brightly with the yellow petals look like glowing.

The area was also lively because it was the graduation season which made the place was packed with people. There were many runners like us cooling down but the crowd was dominated by graduating students and their families. They were everywhere posing with their families with the sunflowers as their background.

We squeezed our way through with my wife still in her sweaty running apparel, that also includes me😂. I took her photo with the contrast of her against the sunflowers.

I also switched her phone camera to macro mode and snapped a picture of the bee's body with bright yellow pollen as it dig deep into the flower's center. It was a nice reminder that nature doesn't stop working even if there are people around.

Thecsunflowers were incredibly tall and proud standing high. Their large flower heads were all facing directly toward the morning sun. I took a few wide shots to capture the stems and the bright yellow faces reaching for the sky. It was the perfect, peaceful end to our morning run.
