#1111 - Pagudpud Ilocos Norte Shots for Tuesday.
Happy Tuesday to us all wonderful Hiveans across the globe! May your day be productive but not too stressful. Keep sharing unique stories here and let's make this Tuesday memorable. Sending you all positive vibes and good energy😉.
Moving now to our daily shots after a 12 hour long journey but the destination made it worth it. We had finally arrived in Ilocos Norte's iconic Arc of Pagudpud, the farthest of its town. Seeing that towering structure was a relief. It marked the end of our drive and the start of our adventure. We pulled over and needed tangible proof that we had made it all this way safe and sound.

Then we continued our exploration. Our next stop on the list was the scenic Caunayan Point. The view of the open sea here was mesmerizing with those waves gently crashing against the shores. We could spot the windmills in the distance of Bangui and it's looking like small white specks. It was a beautiful teaser for what was coming later.

From here, we drove to the famous Patapat Viaduct that is truly an engineering marvel. The bridge is long and winding and snaking along the coastline that's high above the water. Driving slowly on it gives you the sensation that you are flying over the ocean. Then we found a safe spot to stop and step out where we took turns taking photos with the long bridge in the background and the sea and mountains.

The grand finale of our day that time was the Bangui Windmills which we had seen them from afar earlier and nothing compares to standing right next to them. We made our way down to the shore where these giants stand. Being up close with these, you realize just how massive they are like skyscrapers. We walked along the beach feeling the fine sand between and left us feeling inspired and humbled by nature and technology.
