#1079 - More Shots at Northern Blossom Flowers Farm in Atok Benguet for Monday.
Good morning, dearest Hiveans across the globe! A fresh new week is here and also a chance for a positive start. There's no need to rush. We have everything we need to make this week meaningful. Have a wonderful start to your week.
Now for our daily shots, here's the morning air back in Atok, Benguet which was crisp and cold. We entered Northern Blossom just as the sun was staring to warm the Cordilleran slopes, the entrance fee feeling like a small key to a secret kingdom was already covered because we stayed the night here. With my wife and our friend Dandreb, we stepped into the farm and it was like walking into a painting of colors.

Our little adventure was a slight walk through a series of layered terraced gardens. There's slopes covered in sea of pink and white chrysanthemums.

They weren't the big just daisy like blooms over the hillside. Right beside glowing were fields of golden everlasting flowers with their bright petals they say they are called "everlasting" because they keep their color and shape even when dried.

Our exploration kept getting better. We entered an area dedicated to the pink roses as if their petals perfectly formed and dewy and smelling faintly sweet.

But the real showstopper was one of the greenhouses dedicated to snapdragons. Stepping inside was amazement with row upon row of tall spikes with blooms in the white and the pink. The air was humid and sort of fragrant. Me and the wife walked down the narrow aisle between them flowers sometimes brushing our shoulders and feeling like we were in a forest of blossoms. We took photos and I also gently touched some of the sides of the snapdragon flowers.

Every new turn we followed on the path revealed a new array. There were gardens with flowers we didn't even know the names of some shaped like little yellows. We took our time while taking lots of photos. Dandreb often went ahead to find the best shot for his collection, but he took our couple shot which is the first image.

It was not just a walk for us, it was also a shared experience of wonder for Deb who joined us. We’d point out particularly stunning shots to each other and help one another with the perfect photo with the Cordillera mountains as a backdrop and simply stop to breathe it all in.

The morning spent wandering Northern Blossom wasn't just about seeing flowers; it was about being immersed in a man-made miracle of color on top of the world, a brilliant, blooming testament to what patient hands can cultivate, shared with my favorite people.
