#1051 - Saud Beach Shots for Monday.

A bright and hopeful Monday to you all wonderful Hiveans across the globe! A brand new week is right before us, full of new beginnings. Sending you all a huge wave of positive energy and encouragement to each of you. Wishing you a Monday that is both peaceful and productive.

Finally for our daily shots. After a long journey from the Metropolitan, in the afternoon at the moment we stepped onto one of the resorts in the famous Saud Beach in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, every kilometers that we traveled felt that it was all worth it. The afternoon sun cast a golden glow over everything it's not just a plain blue, there is also dark clouds gathering far out over the horizon that created a beautiful contrast against the bright day and making the scene even more dramatic.

And then the sand was everything we hoped for and it was so fine and white and clean it felt like walking on soft sugar. The water was also clear and deep blue as with the gentle waves lapping to the shore. My wife, our son, our friend and I just stood there for a moment while taking it all in.

What made the experience even more special was the peacefulness. Unlike other famous beaches like in La Union or Baler that are packed with people, here we had vast stretches of sand almost to ourselves and just a few families. The only sounds were the crash of the waves.

Then there were these two local dogs having the time of their lives chasing each other back and forth along the wet sands. It was a completely happy moment that made the place feel alive and real, even for these pets by the locals.

We spent the next couple of hours in simple relaxation. We got in the cool, clear water and took countless photos of the stunning sceneries and just sat on the sand while talking and laughing. Then the sun began to sink lower and those dark clouds on the horizon started to catch the golden hour light.

It was a beautiful, soul filling experience from our afternoon start to finish. The combination of the world class white sand, the dark and golden hour skies and the playful dogs and the lack of crowds made it feel like we had discovered our own private paradise. It was a peaceful afternoon that we will remember for a very long time😍.
