#1050 - Good Morning at University of the Philippines Diliman Campus Shots for Saturday.
Good morning dearest beautiful Hiveans across the globe! Happy Saturday it is! Our well earned break and the perfect day to slow down and truly step away from the weekly routineand gives a genuine joy and a deep sense of relaxation. Sending you all a massive wave of positive energies. May your Saturday be peaceful and fantastic as you are😉.
Now for our daily shots this time was during a jog at the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus early in the morning where the air was still cool and fresh. My wife I had just finished a few kilometers of jogging around the academic oval with our bodies glowing with sweat, similar to many other joggers who were also there during the calm morning for their exercises.
We slowed and stopped and we found ourselves in front of the iconic Oblation statue where lawns in front of it was transformed into a sea of yellow and greens. There were undreds of sunflowers in full bloom with their large faces turned towards the rising sun. It was a sight of pure joy against the green leaves and grasses.
We weren't the only ones there, these vibrant flowers become a magnet for everyone on the oval running and jogging and those casually walking. Dozens of joggers like us, had stopped in their tracks pulling out their phones and posed for photos and selfies with the golden blooms.
My wife and I took turns taking pictures to capture the memory of this beautiful golden moment. I also focused her phone's camera on the flowers themselves to reveal their brightest yellow petals. And there were also many bees already hard at work in that cool morning. We saw dozens of them buzzing from one sunflower to the next, some with their legs already packed with yellow pollen.
