#1023 - Random Cordillera Shots for Sunday.

🌅Gentle Sunday, beautiful Hiveans! Today is about soft exhales. No lists, no hustle just chill. Whether you’re tracing sunlight from your windows on to the floor, sharing taho snack with family or listening to rain kiss the roof... you’re already enough. Sending you the peace of empty plazas at noon, the sweetness of pandesal fresh from the panaderia in the early morning and permission to let the world wait. Just being here is sacred. Let's have magaan ang puso (light heart) today, dear Hiveans. 💛✨

Moving now to our daily shots. In cold breezy early morning at a transient house in Atok, Benguet, where we stayed for two nights because we had a hike in another town. The place has a garden, a lush green on the mountains full of different flowers in different colors as the fog gently dissipate in the mountainous landscape.

The transient house was a cozy haven with a scene of the surrounding mountains. This is where our staging area for a prelude to our climb of Mount Kabunian in Bakun, Benguet,

Then as we strolled through their mini flower garden of the transient house, a friendly companion showed up with the presence of a white dog and a small puppy in the early morning. The adult dog just followed us with a welcoming eyes. The puppy was not visible here but its full of energy while we were in their garden. The two dogs followed us with full enthusiasm as if they are letting us know about their beautiful garden.

After our leisure stroll through the garden, we made our way to an eatery along the Halsema road. The eatery was a charming spot with a view of the Cordillera mountains and an inviting atmosphere. My wife ordered a combination of pancakes, bacon and eggs while I ordered a flavorful traditional Igorot rice meal. We savored our meals with the beautiful view of the mountains that added an extra layer of beauty to our breakfast experience.
