#994 - Monochrome Street Scenes for Monday.
Lovely Monday dearest Hiveans! On this Manic Monday just remember that lots of times chaos is just another word for opportunity. Embrace it and you'll definitely figure and find your strength and resilience. Every task, every challenge is a step towards the ultimate goal. So just dive in, work on that to-do list and watch as them productivity increases. You've got this!😉
And now for our monochrome street scenes in the city of pines. By the busy roadside of Session Road is where the novelty shop named Xing stands. A young couple stand at the front of the store while their hands explored the toys displayed, probably surveying some for their kids. The shop has a treasure trove of toys that caters to every needs of kids. People pass by while the young couple are fully busy in the experience of finding the right toys for their kids.
Next scene was at the lake of Burnham Park where a swan boat glides slowly across the calm water with the occupants lost in a world of laughter and joy. The three individuals sit in the boat while their feet paddle to propel them forward slowly. The lake is usually a place of quiet reflection but gets lively depending on boat riders manners while on the boats, especially those who have fees riding.
Then a scene at the roadside where a group of people huddle together, some with their umbrellas while the air was crisp and cold, others wearing their jackets added warmth. They all stand in a silent queue of patience as their eyes fixed on the traffic light while waiting for the signal to change. The pedestrians patience was like a silent protest against the relentless march of time and the unending flow of vehicles traffic. As the light finally changes, they can finally move as one crossing the road.
Lastly was a scene in the heart of Burnham Park where an old man sits alone quietly on a concrete bench with his back bent with the weight of time and experience. His hands holding his phone and his old glasses eyes focused intently on the screen. His world was a quiet moment of connection in a busy park. Right next to him was a group of younger individuals occupying another bench with their high energy and contagious melodies that's totally a contrast to the old man's solitary moment. I myself been thinking of the same once got old similar to this grandpa. I wish peace will find us well when this moment comes.
