#988 - Monochrome Street Scenes for Wednesday.
Wonderful Wednesday, let's keep moving forward dearest Hiveans. Life isn't always easy which is true and there will be obstacles and setbacks along the way, even us deep into bills for the next half a year left. Don't let failures define you. Stay resilient, stay determined and never lose sight of them goals like paying our bills to be debt free once again. So keep pushing, keep growing and always strive to be better than yesterday.😉
Now for today's monochrome shots in the city of pines. The pedestrians crossed the busy Session road and among them is a lovely lady with style of casual and carefree. She wears an Adidas cap. Her earbuds are in her ears listening to music. In one hand, she carries a plastic bag, its contents probably a delicious meal. She's halfway across the road with other pedestrians flow around her business as usual.
Here is two strong elderly women walked down the pavement with their steps slow and measured as their senior status was evident. The woman in front leads the way while carrying an ecobag friendly bag in one hand. A few steps behind her companion follows with a small plastic bag in her hand. Both women wear glasses sitting on their noses for them to navigate the streets clearly. Their casual comfortable attires are also protection from the cold weather this city offers anytime of the day. The younger generation passes them by with respect and admiration. Will my wife and I reached this age? I wonder.
Then here's a large boat floating gently on the calm waters of Burnham Park lake where a group of adults, likely relatives or close friends have rented it for a leisurely ride. The boat has a capacity for seven and now carries six of them as their laughter and easy chill vibes filled the air. The man at the front maybe the muscular one was straining with each stroke as he is in charge of rowing. The others lean back with their life vests.
Lastly is this woman that strolled confidently along the concrete pavement encircling Burnham Park's lake with her unique style turning heads. She sports a pair of shades and her eyes hidden. Her hair is pulled back into a ponytail. She wears what appears to be pajama bottoms with square designs adding a playful touch to her look. Paired with a star-studded shirt which is a fascinating mix of comfort and fashion. Despite being alone, she blends seamlessly with the crowd.
