#962 - Street Scenes in Colors for Saturday.
Happy Weekend Chill Day dearest Hive fam! 🌱 Today, let's trade screens for sunlight, go out and walk or jog and rush for rest as much as needed. Be a comma, not a period, so pause, breathe and let life unfold slowly. The world out there can wait but your peace can’t. Now go eat something delicious but not processed food, hug someone tight-your parents, siblings, kids, wife and remember: you’re not just living, you’re alive😉. Shine softly, shine loud and just shine bright like the sun! ✨ #SaturdaySoulFuel #HiveHeart
Moving on now to our daily shots in colors, here's Baguio’s streets clog like a stubborn drain after rain as taxis, jeepneys and cars gridlocked bumper to bumper at the top light their wipers still flapping. Exhaust fumes mix with the cold mist. Only the motorcycles slip through, weaving between mirrors of cars proving two wheels always find a way when four can’t move at all. 🚗🏍️☔
Motorcycle riders with food deliveries and packages were trapped in Baguio’s sea of white taxis, all stuck in the same afternoon crawl. Their engines noisy but the bikes stand no chance here today but to wait. Patience battle at every red traffic light. 🏍️🚕📦
Here's three backpack and bag carrying men walked past a building entrance. A young girl beams at them from the pathway with her smile, the girl had someone else with her not visible in the photo but only the footwear.
Here's Burnham Park’s lake beams under a leafy canopy of pines and other kinds of trees standing guard round the park. But just beyond their green embrace we're also these concrete buildings crowd the mountains areas. A pocket of wilderness holding its own in the city’s center.🌳
Lasltly was on the overpass where strangers stands frozen, hoods up, arms crossed while watching the cold rain paint the streets wet. Their pause is a silent pact as if nobody moves until the pour eases or stopped.
