#1003 - Colorful Street Scenes for Thursday.

Gloomy Thursday to you all dearest Hiveans! In the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus they have lots of sunflowers but do you wonder why a sunflower follow the sun which I also observed during our morning jog? The flower turns throughout the day and always seeking the sunlight. Our journey is like them sunflowers which are always seeking the light, the joy and the growth. Have a Thursday filled with the warmth of positivity and love. Let's make each day a sunflower sunrise😉🌻🌻.

And now for our daily shots this time in monochrome street scenes. On a busy roadside there's this a small storefront called Mister Donut which is a local brand competing against the Dunkin Donut brand. The man perhaps is a father buying some sweet donut treat for his kids. The store offers a cheaper and less sweet alternative to its well-known rival the Dunkin Donut. As the man waits for his order, there is people from all directions pass by behind him.

Next scene onn the roadside of Burnham Park is a vibrant stall with its display of green carabao mangoes already peeled and for sale. The mangoes dipped in water when mixed with fish paste or shrimp paste can make the sour mangoes take on a surprising sweetness. These kinds of mangoes draws particularly women who are enticed by a mouth watering experience just with the mere sight of the fruit is enough to set their salivary glands into overdrive😂. But for now, two young boys are in for the experience.

Next one is on the peaceful lawn of Burnham Park where this man sits alone beneath the trunk of a tree. Beside him is his backpack. His eyes are fixed on the horizon. Perhaps he is pondering the mysteries of life, the challenges or maybe he is simply seeking a moment of peace in the chaos of our existence. The silent tree offers its shade and a companion. I wanted this kind of me time also.

Lastly at the walkway of Burnham Park which stretches out like a long rope is inviting people to stroll and savor the park peaceful aura. On the right side were two ladies engage in a conversation with a man. In the middle of the path was a diverse crowd that walked and move with rhythm, each person lost in their own world or perhaps in the simple joy of the walk.
