Vegetable is the best food to eat which has numerous benefits for healthy life. In this post I am again here to share about another vegetable that is name as "TORI" in Urdu and in English it is called as "Angled Luffa" which is like the shape of Cucumber.
Tori is the sweet vegetable which is very tasty when cooked. There are some types of Luffa which is found in different continent. In Pakistan, we have this type which is more famous and people more buy this vegetable because it is sweet in taste.
While I noted in Google that there are many more types which are same in shape but they are different in its skin and taste. the color is also same as green and resembles as Cucumber. This vegetable is available in every season and is affordable in price.
One Kilo of Luffa costs around $0.5 which is equal to PKR 160. This is the best price of this vegetable and have many benefits for human body. In my culture, this vegetable is cooked in two ways, one that it is fried and eaten with tomato paste while the other way is to make Salan of it.
This vegetable is not much famous all around the world and many people don't like to eat this, but this is really a tasty vegetable and is more famous in China where they grind this vegetable and eat them. Those people who are not aware of Luffa must search for this food and give it a try.

This vegetable has numerous benefits and among many of them I will share some of the main benefits. The purpose of telling the benefits are to motivate you people towards vegies which has huge health benefits.
- This vegetable is the best diet food because it has less fat and low calories. This vegetable will never make you fat rather will help you stay fit and healthy.
- This vegetable is packed with minerals and Vitamins. This will help you boost the immune system and will help fight against many diseases.
- This vegetable is high in Fiber and it helps improve digestive system by promoting regular bowel. Those who have digestive issue must eat this vegetable on proper time table.
- This vegetable is helpful to improve eyesight, people who have weak eyesight must eat this vegetable.
- This vegetable is antioxidant, and this compound will help protect the body against damage from harmful radical cells.
