Hello, Everyone hope you all are good and enjoying your life. I am once again here in the post with another vegetable. In this post I will discuss about another vegetable its benefits, types and the cultural way of cooking in my society.

The name of the vegetable is "CABBAGE" which is round shaped vegetable. The beauty of this vegetable is its round and packed shape. This vegetable belongs to the Cauliflower family and is good in taste. There are many types of this vegetable but I know two of them that is Green cabbage and red cabbage.

In my city we have only available leafy green one which is also cheap in price. Even poor family can buy and eat this vegetable. This vegetable is used in variety of ways, such as meals, salads and more used with making fast foods.

I like to eat this vegetable when it is mixed with other vegetables and also when it is added in fast foods such as Burgers. We use to cook this vegetable in many ways, such as we use Cabbage when we want to cook mix vegetables.

The mixture of vegetables with cabbage gives another taste. Another way we use this vegetable is to chop in smaller pieces and add in the filling of Burger. I don't eat that burger which is not filled with cabbage.

Also we use this vegetable to use in Salads. This enhances the taste of the Salad and bring another taste to eat. This vegetable is also used in soups. Such as when it is mixed in chicken soup it gives another taste.

These are cultural ways we use this vegetable in my society. This vegetable is also used in many other ways in different continents. This vegetable is less famous but have many health benefits. If people came to know about benefits they will surely add this vegetable in their diet.

Now lets discuss some of the important benefits of Cabbage which is essential for health.

  1. Cabbage is the best vegetable for eye health. This vegetable is rich in vitamin A and beta-carotene which is beneficial for healthy eyes.
  2. This vegetable is also high in Vitamin C which is helpful for healthy skin. Those people who have acne skin must eat this vegetable the most which will help them glow their skin.
  3. The best vegetable for better digestive system and manage your wealth. This vegetable is because low in calorie will reduce your wealth and make your remain fit and healthy.
  4. Another benefit for this vegetable is the immune system. It will boost your immune system because it contains high amount of fiber.
  5. This vegetable is also good for healthy health. This vegetable contains high fiber and potassium which is good for healthy heart.
