Eggplant Delights: Cultural Cooking of Everyone's Favorite Vegetable!
Hello vegetable lovers, I am here today with new vegetable and will discuss about its uses, benefits and the culture way of cooking we use in our daily life. The name of the vegetable is eggplant which is again my favorite and I like it to eat once in a week.
In my country this vegetable came in two different form one that is round in shape and the other long in shape. This vegetable is more grown in summer season but its also available in every season you want.
The good thing about this vegetable is that it is cheap in price and every status can afford this to buy. Another good thing about this vegetable is that it is when cooked gives the taste of meat and when it is on the cooking the smell is just amazing.
I have some pictures of both of these vegetable types which I captured from my friend shop who is very close to me. I have tried to capture eggplants from very close and from different angles that the viewer loves the pictures.
In my culture, we cook this food in variety of ways such as roasting, making curry of it, fried eggplants, Laghatag type. These are the most popular ways we cook this food and all of this ways of cooking brings delicious taste to the food.
When eggplants are served with Yogurt it enhances the taste even more. Because eggplants are hot in nature and they are not good to eat much in summer season that is why it is served with Yogurt which balance its temperature and will be good to ate any time in every season.
This vegetable has numerous benefits to which some of the important ones are shared with you people.
- This is the best vegetable for the good digestion system, sometimes when you feel that your stomach is not doing good and you dislike eating foods, then you can bring eggplants to eat and will do it better for you.
- It prevents from many diseases and specially this vegetable fight against cancer. people who are suffering from Cancer must eat more eggplants.
- This vegetable helps to improve bone health and increases brain function. All those people who have the habit of loss memory must eat this vegetable for the quick recovery.
