Watching nature really gives peace. When we get tired from everyday running and stress-filled life, then watching trees, flowers, rivers, or mountains for a little while gives peace to the heart.
Its good to visit outside towards natural areas when you get bored or tired from your work. For every disease there is cure and for tiredness the best cure is to go visit the nature.
A light wind breeze, the sound of birds, and the green color give coolness to the eyes. Mountains, waterfalls, trees, sky, clouds, rainfalls are all the beauties of nature.
Science also says that nature is good for human mental and physical health. People who spend some time daily in nature stay happier and their stress becomes less. Even a small walk in the park can make the mind feel relaxed.
Often people say that when they sit near a lake or sea, their problems feel small. Maybe it’s because nature reminds us that life is not only about stress; it is also about beauty and peace.
Its always better to spend some times with nature and family. These two sort of things will surely give you peace of mind and will cure all your diseases.
If you are sad or worried, just take a walk in a park. Maybe only for a little time, but your heart will surely feel better. Nature is really like a soft healing medicine.

That's right. Nature feels so light and calm. That's what I do too. I visited parks just to refresh or I will go to the coastline to observe nature.
