The exhibition focuses on the history of trains in Cuba, specifically in the city of Cienfuegos.

Cuba was one of the first countries to have a railroad and the second in the Americas after the United States. When the railroad appeared in Cuba in 1837, countries like England, the USA, Belgium, Germany, and France already had one.

One of the aspects I liked most about the exhibition was the different models that tell part of the history of types of trains and locomotives that existed in the country and in Cienfuegos as a city whose railway development was linked to the development of the sugar industry and the port.
