Human society suffers from a major flaw: a profound disconnection and indifference towards the hardships we face, even among people from the same country or within our own families. This makes it very difficult to find the support needed to accomplish things more efficiently, solve problems, or conduct better business. Much injustice exists in the world because our society does not operate with perfect and consistent cooperation.

Thus, leafcutter ants, called bachacos in Venezuela, whose scientific name is Atta cephalotes, are all a perfectly united and very efficient society, with each individual in the society having a role that they fulfill efficiently.

These ants are the first farmers in the animal kingdom, so humans are not the first animals to develop agriculture, since the ants cut the leaves to plant in special chambers where they harvest a fungus that the ants consume.

En la sociedad humana adolecemos un gran defecto y es que hemos tenido entre nosotros mismo e incluso entre personas del mismo pais o incluso entre nuestra familia, una gran desconexión ye indiferencia ante las cosas malas que podemos pasar, siendo muy difícil encontrar la ayuda que permitan hacer las cosas de manera mas eficientes, solucionando problemas o haciendo mejores negocios, hay mucha injusticia en el mundo, debido a que nuestra sociedad no se comporta con una cooperación perfecta y estable en el tiempo.

Es así que las hormigas cortadoras de hojas , llamados bachacos en Venezuela, cuyo nombre científico es Atta cephalotes, todas las hormigas son una sociedad perfectamente unida y que funciona de manera muy eficiente, teniendo cada individuo de la sociedad un papel que lo cumple de manera eficiente.

Estas hormigas son las primeras agricultoras del reino animal por lo que los seres humanos no son los primeros animales que desarrollaron la agricultura, ya que las hormigas cortan las hojas para sembrar en cámaras especiales donde cosechan un hongo que es el que consumen las hormigas.

Asi las hormigas funcionan de manera coordinada y eficiente, evitando entre ellas que alla momentos de agresividad y que cada una de ellas se protegen y trabajan para que la sociedad completa funcione de manera eficiente.
