The current problem with children is that they spend excessive time on their cell phones, which, at this young age, ultimately causes problems with creativity and concentration.

So one way to get kids away from cell phone time is to have them do another artistic or physical activity, and if it's both, artistic and physical, even better.

So, fabric gymnastics is an activity I decided to introduce to my daughters. It builds flexibility and discipline, giving them a great activity that will keep them busy, something they enjoy, and will help them stay physically fit.

The photos show a day when I brought them some of my character costumes to promote them and offer this type of show, which would give them a distinct touch of distinction.

El problema actual con los niños es que estos pasan un tiempo excesivo en los celulares, lo que a la larga a esa temprana edad, le ocasiona problemas en la creatividad y en la concentración.

Así una forma de alejar a los niños del tiempo del celular es tenerlas en otra actividad artística o física y si es de los dos tipos, como artística y física, mucho mejor.

Así la gimnasia de telas es una actividad que decidí llevarlas a mis hijas que les da flexibilidad y disciplina, dándoles una gran actividad que las mantendrá ocupadas, además que les gusta y les ayudara a mantenerse físicamente.

En las fotos se ve un día en que les lleve parte de mis trajes de personajes para así darle publicidad y ofrecer este tipo de show, que les daría un toque distinto de distinción.
