La tormenta de la tristeza / The storm of sadness

Asi tan tranquilo y tan sombrío a veces nos llega la tristeza
cayéndose hoja a hoja cada pedazo de nuestra alma en 1 lagrima
navegando en el rio desesperado y calmo de llantos y tristezas
mas cada trozo de alma a veces cae solo marchito
a veces caen aun verde de esperanza con un pedazo de alegría

La tristeza si no la navegamos evitando que llegue a tormentas
que nos arranca no solo hojas de alma de un arrebato agarra
arrancando con furia los arboles de alegrías, esperanzas y risas
arrasando el bosque del alma que forma la felicidad verdadera

Mas la tristeza no es bueno evitarla, nos purifica el alma en pena
a veces acumula hojas secas que ensombrecen la alegría eterna
La tristeza con su lluvia nos limpia el alma de esas hojas sombrías
hojas encarnadas que contaminan la alegría, oscurece la sonrisa

La tristeza si es en calma, como una noche pasando una sombra
poda nuestro árbol de la vida arrancado esas hojas malvadas
que ensucian el alma, tapan nuestros ojos de los detalles alegres
así al fin nuestro árbol bosques de alegrías y risas llaman
solo hojas verdes asomaran por sus ramas llenas de esperanzas
descubriendo con furia pasión y calma la alegría de nuestra alma

So calm and so gloomy sometimes sadness comes to us
falling leaf by leaf each piece of our soul in 1 tear
sailing on the desperate and calm river of tears and sadness
but every piece of soul sometimes falls just withered
sometimes they fall still green with hope with a piece of joy

Sadness if we do not navigate it, preventing it from reaching storms
that tears from us not only leaves of soul in an outburst grabs
furiously uprooting the trees of joy, hope and laughter
destroying the forest of the soul that forms true happiness

But sadness is not good to avoid, it purifies our soul in pain.
sometimes accumulates dry leaves that overshadow eternal joy
Sadness with its rain cleanses our soul of those gloomy leaves
red leaves that contaminate the joy, darken the smile

Sadness is calm, like a night passing a shadow
Prune our tree of life, tear off those evil leaves
that dirty the soul, cover our eyes from the happy details
so at last our tree forests of joy and laughter call
only green leaves will appear on its branches full of hope
discovering with fury passion and calm the joy of our soul
