Falling in Love with Photography 📸

What started out as an hobby to pass time when I don't have data or when my internet connection was acting up is now turning into something I've fallen in love with - PHOTOGRAPHY.

Photography is a medium that allows us to capture moments, emotions and stories all the through the lens of a professional camera or your smartphone. It makes sense why so many people, including myself, are in love with it.

When I first started taking photos, it was often just for fun. I snapped pictures of my pets, my friends, and the places I visited. But when I started learning more about photography, I understood that there’s much more to it than just aiming and capturing.. I started to focus on elements like color, composition, and lighting.
I experimented with various methods and styles until I found my own distinctive voice.

I became more and more in love with taking pictures as I practiced.. I started to see the world around me in a different way, noticing details that I might have overlooked before.. I became more patient, more observant, and more creative. I began to understand that photography is not just about taking pictures, but about telling stories and capturing the essence of a moment.

For me, photography has become a way of life. It is my goal to invest in better cameras and equipments, I have joined some photography communities here on hive and I sought out opportunities to exhibit my work. I even started to pursue a career in photography, working as a freelance photographer and selling my work online.

But even if photography never becomes more than a hobby, I know it can still bring me so much joy and fulfillment. It allows me to express myself creatively, to connect with others, and to document the world around me. And in a world that can often feel chaotic and overwhelming, it provides a way to slow down and appreciate the beauty that surrounds me.

So if you've fallen in love with photography like I have, embrace it. Keep exploring, keep practicing, and keep sharing your work with the world. You never know where your passion might take you.
