Today's inspiration was David Bowie!!!

Buenas noches amigos, hoy quise inspirarme en un cantante que me gusta mucho David Bowie, recreando uno de sus look más icónicos y que a pesar de ser sencillo se ve increíble, esta vez quise recrearlo con brillo, asi que utilice MUCHO glitter para poder darle ese toque super brillante que buscaba, realmente se ve bastante bien pensé que no se vería como lo imaginaba pero todo salió perfecto, tuve que tener mucho pulso para intentar hacer estas líneas lo mas rectas posibles, fue todo un reto.
Además, edite una de las fotos colocando un efecto “Vintage” o al menos lo intenté jugando un poco con la herramienta de curvas de Photoshop jaja, también le añadí un desenfoque que me ayudaría un poco mas a crear ese efecto.

Good evening friends, today I wanted to be inspired by a singer that I love David Bowie, recreating one of his most iconic looks and that despite being simple it looks amazing, this time I wanted to recreate it with glitter, so I used a LOT of glitter to give it that super shiny touch I was looking for, it really looks pretty good I thought it would not look as I imagined but everything came out perfect, I had to have a lot of pulse to try to make these lines as straight as possible, it was a challenge.
Also, I edited one of the photos placing a “Vintage” effect or at least I tried playing a little with the curves tool in Photoshop haha, I also added a blur that would help me a little more to create that effect.

Antes de empezar limpie e hidrate mi rostro, estaba bastante confundida al principio porque no sabía por dónde empezar, entonces decidí comenzar haciendo el boceto en mi rostro de la figura de rayo utilice un lápiz de ojos claro para hacerlo, luego aplique base en todo el rostro excepto dentro de la figura que dibujé.
Al mismo tiempo que hacia esto, aplique pegamento en mi ceja izquierda, dejando secar y aplicando aproximadamente 3 capas, después selle la ceja con polvo traslucido y comencé a pintar el ojo derecho, para este lado elegí hacer un maquillaje muy sencillo, con tonos marrones, pinte mi ceja derecha y luego empecé a aplicar corrector dentro de la figura de rayo, esto para empezar a aplicar color y que tuviese buena pigmentación, rellene con sombra de ojos roja y luego con sombra de ojos azul claro.

Before starting I cleaned and moisturized my face, I was quite confused at first because I didn't know where to start, so I decided to start by sketching on my face the lightning bolt figure, I used a clear eye pencil to do it, then I applied foundation all over my face except inside the figure I drew.
At the same time I applied glue on my left eyebrow, letting it dry and applying about 3 coats, then I sealed the eyebrow with translucent powder and started to paint the right eye, for this side I chose to do a very simple makeup, with brown tones, I painted my right eyebrow and then I started to apply concealer inside the lightning bolt figure, this to start applying color and have good pigmentation, I filled with red eyeshadow and then with light blue eyeshadow.

Después de rellenar con sombra la parte roja y la parte azul, tome glitter rojo y empecé a colocarlo encima, esto con ayuda de un pincel plano y duro, asi el glitter pegaba mucho mejor, poco a poco rellene toda la figura y luego empecé con el lado azul, aplicando un glitter azul claro, para mis labios use un labial rojo similar al color de la figura, agregue rubor en la mejilla y nariz, finalmente aplique polvo traslucido en el rostro evitando tocar la zona con glitter y pegue pestañas postizas.

After filling with eye shadow the red part and the blue part, I took red glitter and started to put it on top, this with the help of a flat and hard brush, so the glitter stuck much better, little by little I filled the whole figure and then I started with the blue side, applying a light blue glitter, for my lips I used a red lipstick similar to the color of the figure, I added blush on the cheek and nose, finally I applied translucent powder on the face avoiding touching the area with glitter and glued false eyelashes.
