Hola linda comunidad, espero que todos estén muy bien al igual que sus mascotas.
Hoy quiero compartir una idea que quizás les sirva a algunos o quizás otros ya sepan, sé que el pasto le hace bien a los gatitos ya que los ayuda a limpiar un poco sus sistema y a ellos les encanta! Mis gatitos que tuve hace tiempo, disfrutaban mucho en el jardín de la casa, pero con Tommy es diferente ya que como he mencionado antes, vivimos en un apartamento asi que el tema de jardín es algo dificil, asi que se me ocurrió buscar en internet si habría una posibilidad de hacer pasto, ya que realmente no sé nada de eso y ví que había una manera bastante sencilla sembrando alpiste.
Me pareció algo muy loco, realmente soy ignorante en el tema y me sorprendió cuando vi que con alpiste podría crear pasto para mi gatito, asi que sin dudar, compre una bolsita de alpiste y me puse manos a la obra, les dejare el proceso que es muy sencillo aquí abajo.

Today I want to share an idea that may be useful to some of you or maybe others already know, I know that grass is good for kittens because it helps them to clean their system a little bit and they love it! My kittens that I had some time ago, enjoyed a lot in the garden of the house, but with Tommy is different because as I mentioned before, we live in an apartment so the garden is a little difficult, so I thought to look on the internet if there would be a possibility to make grass, since I really don't know anything about it and I saw that there was a fairly simple way by sowing canary seed.
It seemed to me something very crazy, I am really ignorant on this theme and I was surprised when I saw that with birdseed I could create grass for my kitten, so without hesitation, I bought a bag of birdseed and I got down to work, I will leave you the process that is very simple.
Proceso/Process
Bueno, no tengo mas macetas ni tierra y realmente quería hacer esto para Tommy, asi que tuve que sacrificar algunas de mis plantas, las saque de la maceta y como no tenia donde colocarla tuve que botarlas, me dio tristeza pero era la única opción que tenía.
Este proceso de limpiar la tierra, lo hice un día antes de sembrar el alpiste, ya que el alpiste había que dejarlo remojar por 24 horas en agua, lo coloque todo en una olla con mucha agua y lo deje en la cocina hasta el día siguiente, después de pasar el tiempo de reposo, colé las semillas de alpiste y las volvi a colocar en la olla para irme a la mesa a sembrarlas.
Well, I have no more pots or soil and I really wanted to do this for Tommy, so I had to sacrifice some of my plants, I took them out of the pot and as I had nowhere to put them I had to throw them away, I was sad but it was the only option I had.
This process of cleaning the soil, I did it one day before sowing the birdseed, since the birdseed had to be soaked for 24 hours in water, I put it all in a pot with a lot of water and left it in the kitchen until the next day, after the soaking time, I strained the birdseeds and put them back in the pot to go to the table to sow them.
Quité una capa de tierra y luego coloque las semillas, vi que en internet colocaban muchísimas asi que puse la mayoría ahí, luego las tape con el resto de la tierra que había sacado, quise poner unas semillas por encima para poder ver mejor el crecimiento ya que soy una persona muy ansiosa aunque sabia que quizás no iban a germinar bien, después puse la maceta en la ventana y las estuve regando a diario.
I removed a layer of soil and then placed the seeds, I saw that on the internet they placed a lot so I put most of them there, then I covered them with the rest of the soil that I had removed, I wanted to put some seeds on top to see better the growth as I am a very anxious person although I knew that perhaps they would not germinate well, then I put the pot in the window and I was watering them daily.
El primer día no vi ningún cambio, apenas empecé a ver algo para el segundo o tercer día, donde se podía ver en las semillas que puse encima que ya estaban abriéndose y germinando, a partir de este punto, empezó a crecer bastante rápido el césped, estaba muy emocionada con ver como crecía rápidamente.
The first day I didn't see any change, I just started to see something by the second or third day, where you could see in the seeds I put on top that they were already opening and germinating, from this point on, the grass started to grow quite fast, I was very excited to see how fast it was growing.
A partir de estos últimos dos días el cambio ha sido enorme, les juro que revisaba en la mañana y ya en la tarde habían crecido muchísimo más, este proceso tardo 7 dias solamente y aunque aún no habían terminado de crecer todo el césped, estaba muy impaciente y le presente a Tommy su maceta con césped.
From these last two days the change has been enormous, I swear that I checked in the morning and in the afternoon they had grown much more, this process took only 7 days and although they had not yet finished growing all the grass, I was very impatient and I presented Tommy his pot with grass.
A mi bebé hermoso le encantó, estaba oliéndola y comiendo, aunque le costaba un poco, supongo que sentía extraño ya que nunca había tocado la grama jajaja.
My beautiful baby loved it, he was smelling it and eating it, although it was a little hard for him, I guess he felt strange since he had never touched grass before hahaha.
Le gustó tanto que hasta se acostó encima de la maceta, me dio muchísima risa como se veía dentro, a penas cabía pero el estaba feliz, y tomo una larga siesta ahí por horas, después se despertó y cuando se levantó todo el césped estaba aplastado jajajaja, lo volví a colocar en la ventana para que se arregle y siga creciendo el resto de semillas.
He liked it so much that he even lay down on top of the pot, it made me laugh so much how it looked, it barely fit but he was happy, and he took a long nap there for hours, then he woke up and when he got up all the grass was crushed hahahaha, I put it back in the window to fix it and continue growing the rest of the seeds.
Estoy muy contenta con como resultó todo, es una buena y económica opción para brindarles un poco de naturaleza a nuestros gatos si vives en un apartamento, espero que les haya gustado y lo pongan a prueba ustedes también, dejare unas fotos lindas que le tome a Tommy hoy por la mañana porque quedaron muy hermosas, hasta luego!

Adiós plantas, hola nueva cama de Tommy☀️. Me parece genial la idea haber sembrado un poco de hierba para él. También puedes hacerle una pechera para sacarlo a pasear, yo vivo en el monte, así que mis gatos en el día siempre están en contacto con la naturaleza, pero por las noches los mantengo en casa y duermen tranquilos con sus pecheras puestas para que no hagan desastre mientras duermo
Me da mucho nervio sacarlo es que por aqui hay muchos gatos y perros en la calle y este Tommy es bien inocente 🤣 naww que bellos tus gatos asi se vera Tommy cuando este grande 😍
